Just got my swim on with TFWs Scott Stevonson! Was a great workout, heart rate is getting better each week. It’s been great actually tracking my progress.

There’s a big swell coming through this week, waves yesterday, today and tomorrow

Woke up feeling tired, made a cup of coffee and it’s like a huge warm hug. Really enjoy my mornings before I head off for the day.

Will be flying to Singapore on Saturday, looking forward to seeing all those animals and JFC. Hopefully next week the waves start to become consistent and we can start surfing everyday, instead of this once a week garbage!
